Kamusta kamo??!

Well another good week! Just like i said, I will be staying here in Buenavista for at least one more transfer. So thats good, I am happy to stay here! I am excited for this next transfer! We should be having an upcoming baptism here in a few weeks, the neices of a member, Trixie and Marian. They are doing really well and will baptized on april 6 if all goes to plan! We are excited for them!

This past week has just flown by, but we were able to get some new investigators and start teaching again some former investigators. Just yesterday we taught a former investigator family of 11(!) they were really awesome and the member that worked with us shared an awesome testimony of why we found them and started teaching again because he was there the first time they were being taught . The lesson was really powerful as we taught them the restoration. I think and really hope that this family we can help accept the gospel. they live kind of far away, but came to church before and are willing to come again. So that was a good blessing this week!

Kamusta Kamo???

Alright welll not too much to tell you guys about... but it has been a good week!

A lot kind of went on this week, but the week has flown by! We had exchanges on tue, zone conference (and McDonalds) on wed, so that was really good!

We had a really interesting experience this week as we were teaching a like 2nd lesson, and we were talking about the book of mormon, it was a really powerful lesson, as well as the first lesson was. But to our surprise as we gave them a book of mormon and invited them to read it, they said that they would rather not accept because of their belief in the bible. But the crazy part was that earlier that morning i had read in mormon ch 7 about how if people believe in the bible they will believe in the book of mormon, and because of  that study i was prepared to answer their concern and the spirit was really strong as we promised them that if they would just try to read it and pray about it, they would know it is from God just as the bible, and they accepted it and committed to read it. I know it was because of the spirit and studying that we were able to help them. It is so cool that Heavenly Father prepares us for situations that we don't even know are coming! We will go back this week to see how their reading went.

Have a good week.

Kamusta kamo???

So this week was a pretty good one! It was good to talk to you guys again! This email will probably be pretty short, but thats okay!

So the highlights of this week.... Well we had a pretty good week as far as teaching, got some new investigators that have some potential and we had a lot of great lessons this week! And we were very happy that nanay jessie came to church for the first time this week and she said that she really enjoyed it. She has a great member fellowshipper that is willing to take her every week if she wants so that is great!! We also had a really powerful lesson with a newer investigator, we found her because she babysits that baby of the branch president, this week as we taught her about the restoration and she accepted the invitation to be baptized! We ar excited!

Another good thing that happened this week was Arcelyn and Airene the 2 sisters that me and e alegado were teaching were baptized on saturday. They were taught for a while, but they were ready now, it was cool to see e alegado and e tablesima baptize them! So saturday was a good day!

That was about it for this week! Oh i tried spam for the first time this week and it was delicous ( my standards of delicous have gone down) haha! But that was my week!

Love you all and have a great week!

Kamusta Kamo???!!!

Well anyways this week was a good one! Not too much to report on! We were blessed to find a lot of new investigators and taught quite a few lessons! Especially a new family that we found that seems to have great potential, they are super interested and really willing to listen!

Also like I told you guys it was district conference yesterday! It was with all the branches in Guimaras and there was a great turnout, it was super hot, becuase they just have fans, but it was still good! I got to see the people that I love in Nueva Valencia again, I love seeing them. Especially the toledo family, those crazy little kids came up and gave me a hug haha!

NOt sure what else to update you guys on, but I am still going great and still loving it! Oh i guess we had a really cool lesson with one of our investigators we have been teaching for a while, sister Jessie. She had a huge change of heart after watching the restoration video this past week, she promised us that she would come to church this coming sunday! The spirit was really strong and we were probably give her a date this week! I know that Heavenly Father truly can change hearts.

Well actually i guess i do have some more to tell you! This week I have been doing a lot of study about the atonement, and on thursday thats what I decide to share about in District Meeting and it was such a powerful spirit, we all talked about how the atonement has changed our lives and how we can use that in teaching to help others change theirs!

Well that should do it for this week!  I love you guys!
