Hello
everyone sorry i didn't get to call this week... we just had a zone activity so
that was the cause of the delay..sorry!! But thats ok i will talk to you guys
next week!
So
the highlights of the week this week was on saturday we had a baptism, elder
alegado and elder tabelisma's investigator, but before the area split elder
alegado and i found him and taught him. His wife (well before he wasn't married
but just barely got married before he was baptized) is a member. His name is
brother mark and the way we found him back in feb. was really cool. Elder
alegado and i fasted for finding new people to teach and the next day he told
us that he wanted to be taught by us. So this last week he was married on
tuesday, and baptized on saturday. Usually we are suppose to wait a week after
the marriage, but right after his marriage he got called to work in manila, so
with the help of pres cruz, it worked out that he was able to be baptized this
saturday. It was a good baptism, my grandson, elder tabelisma got to baptize
him.
And
the other highlight was our zone activity earlier!! We went to a beach in nueva
valencia, and it was actually the beach where i had my first baptism so that
was cool to go back! what we did was we just played games and ate food on a
beach, but it was a lot of fun.
